Boeing, Aerojet Hit With Groundwater Pollution Suit

Law360, New York (July 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The government of Sacramento County in California has sued Aerojet-General Corp. and Boeing Corp., alleging that the two aerospace contractors are responsible for groundwater contamination at a military testing site that has rendered water from wells in one of the county's cities undrinkable.
