Cotton Gin Co. Not Covered For Moldy Bales: 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (July 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Cotton gin operator DG&G Co. Inc. is on its own following a federal appeals court's ruling that Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Co. is not required to cover the company in connection with the sale of 50,000 bales of moldy cotton.
