Microsoft Renews Challenge To WebXchange Patents

Law360, New York (July 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a second bid to invalidate three patents asserted against its customers, Microsoft Corp. has accused the inventor — the CEO of WebXchange Inc. — of hiding relevant prior art information from examiners during prosecution of the patents, which cover network services technology.
