Former VP Targets Towers With Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (July 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former senior vice president in consulting firm Towers Perrin Forster & Crosby Inc.'s reinsurance department has filed an age bias complaint against his ex-employer, claiming the firm discriminated against him in a layoff and when it doled out severance afterward.

In a complaint filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Michael DiLoreto alleges that Towers intentionally treats younger employees better and has failed to include all his bonus money in calculating his severance pay.
