Saxon, Nokia Strike Deal In Wireless Patent Case

Law360, New York (July 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Patent-holding company Saxon Innovations LLC has settled with Nokia Corp. in a patent infringement action against several electronics makers over wireless technology before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

On July 2, the ITC voted unanimously to approve an administrative law judge's initial determination terminating the commission's investigation of Nokia in light of the settlement, according to a vote sheet filed Wednesday.
