Law360, New York (July 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- With about three weeks to go until the start of a trial over the gasoline additive methyl tertiary-butyl ether, last remaining defendant Exxon Mobil Corp. has filed another motion for summary judgment against the city of New York.
