Vizio Wins US Customs Ruling In Funai Wrangle

Law360, New York (July 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency has ruled that all current models of Vizio Inc.'s televisions do not infringe a Funai Electric Co. Inc. patent, allowing Vizio to continue importing the televisions and opening up another chapter in the ongoing intellectual property battle being waged between the two companies.
