Feds Seek OK For $21M Superfund Site Cleanup Deal

Law360, New York (July 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government has asked a federal judge to approve a settlement that calls for Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corp. and other defendants to fund a $21 million, eight-year cleanup of a Superfund site in Los Angeles County, Calif.
