Law360, New York (July 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Insurance broker Legacy Group of America Inc. is down in the dumps now that an appeals court has affirmed summary judgment for North American Co. for Life and Health Insurance, killing claims the insurer wrongly terminated Legacy’s contract and saddling the agent with attorneys' fees.
