Calif. County Calls For Sanctions In FLSA Action

Law360, New York (July 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Orange County, Calif., has fired back in an overtime collective action against the county's sheriff's department, demanding that sanctions be issued against one of the 900 plaintiffs for failing to provide discovery responses.
