Law360, New York (July 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit by a mining company challenging the construction of a pipeline that would deliver natural gas from the Rocky Mountains to the Eastern U.S. on the grounds that the pipeline threatened the safety of the company's coal mining operations.
