Miss AG Warns Residents Over Chinese Drywall

Law360, New York (July 16, 2009, 7:27 PM EDT) -- Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood has issued an alert to residents in the state about drywall imported from China, saying officials have received multiple complaints from concerned homeowners.

Hood said Tuesday he was investigating the complaints and was encouraging other consumers who thought they might have imported drywall in their homes to contact his office and the Mississippi Department of Health.
