Chrysler Can Seek Appeal Of $18M Judgment

Law360, New York (July 17, 2009, 4:54 PM ET) -- Chrysler LLC and Gilbert Mohr, who was awarded more than $18 million for the death of his wife and mother-in-law in a Dodge Caravan accident, have reached an agreement that will allow the bankrupt automotive giant to petition Tennessee's high court for an appeal of the judgment.
