Plaintiffs Sanctioned In National Century Suit

Law360, New York (July 17, 2009, 4:44 PM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has sanctioned more than 200 plaintiffs suing Credit Suisse Securities LLC over its role in the collapse of health care lender National Century Financial Enterprises Inc. for discovery abuses, though the judge imposed much milder penalties than Credit Suisse had demanded.
