White & Case Tells Summer Hires To Sit Tight Till '11

Law360, New York (July 20, 2009, 1:38 PM ET) -- Joining a growing list of law firms, White & Case LLP has told current summer associates that those who receive offers at the end of the 2009 program will have to wait until fall 2011 to start work at the firm.

On Monday, White & Case confirmed that the 2009 summer associates who are offered a spot will not be joining the firm for two more years, postponing their traditional start date from the fall after their law school graduation till the following year.
