Sunstein Merger Rejection Sparks Partner Shakeup

Law360, New York (July 21, 2009, 4:17 PM ET) -- Intellectual property boutique Bromberg & Sunstein has been renamed Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers LLP after two partners, including a name partner, resigned due to differences over whether the firm should merge with a larger outfit.

Lee Bromberg and Erik Belt announced their resignations from the Boston-based firm Tuesday and currently are "having lots of conversations" with larger firms, according to representative Karen Schwartzman.
