Law360, New York (July 22, 2009, 6:02 PM ET) -- Plumbing and bathroom products maker Kohler Co. has accused rival American Standard Brands of trademark infringement and unfair competition related to Kohler's One brand kitchen and bathroom products.
The complaint, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, seeks actual and treble damages, the payment of any profits made through American Standard's alleged infringement, prejudgment interest and an order that the company stop infringing the trademark.
