CPSC Issues Tracking-Label Guidance

Law360, New York (July 22, 2009, 4:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a policy statement regarding the tracking label requirements set to take effect in August, trying to allay the concerns of sellers of children’s products by assuring them it will go easy on penalizing manufacturers for noncompliance if they have made good faith efforts to comply with the new standards.
