Law360, New York (July 23, 2009, 1:40 PM EDT) -- An appeals court has affirmed the dismissal of a couple's lawsuit against two baby crib manufacturers in the wake of a massive recall, ruling that the plaintiffs failed to prove they suffered an economic injury in purchasing a recalled crib that wasn't itself defective.
