Artist Sues CBS Radio Over Copyrighted Photo Use

Law360, New York (July 23, 2009, 4:30 PM EDT) -- A well-known photographer is taking aim at CBS Radio Inc. for allegedly using his copyrighted photograph of the Philadelphia skyline on one of its radio stations' Web sites without his permission.

The suit, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania by photographer R. Bradley Maule, seeks at least $150,000 in damages for alleged copyright infringement.
