Boies Snags DOJ Atty Who Probed Enron Scandal

Law360, New York (July 23, 2009, 4:17 PM ET) -- Matthew W. Friedrich has joined Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP as a partner in its Washington office after a 13-year stint at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he most recently served as acting assistant attorney general of the Criminal Division.

On Wednesday, Boies announced that Friedrich has joined the firm and would focus on internal investigations, litigation and white collar matters.
