Carbon Fiber Price-Fixing Suit Heads Out West

Law360, New York (July 23, 2009, 6:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted a request by Ineos Polymers Inc. to transfer a price-fixing suit brought against the carbon fiber manufacturer by Hexcel Corp. from Georgia to Los Angeles, where eight other antitrust suits involving the companies have been heard.

Judge Clarence Cooper of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on Wednesday ordered the case to be transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
