Defendants Say Hot Fuel MDL A Public Policy Issue

Law360, New York (July 27, 2009, 12:35 PM EDT) -- A number of defendants accused in a proposed class action of shortchanging drivers through deceptive and unfair retail motor fuel sales practices have asked a judge to dismiss the litigation, calling it a public policy matter that shouldn't be determined by the courts.
