Pork Groups' Suit Over EPA Rule Goes To DC Circ.

Law360, New York (July 27, 2009, 1:17 PM EDT) -- A dispute between pork industry groups and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over an emissions reporting rule will be heard in a federal appeals court, after a lower court judge dismissed part of a similar complaint filed there and ruled that the appeals court should resolve the other issues.
