ITA Hits Chinese Kitchen Shelving Cos. With Duties

Law360, New York (July 27, 2009, 7:23 PM EDT) -- The International Trade Administration has decided to impose countervailing duties on kitchen shelving and racks made by Chinese companies that the agency said received subsidies on their electricity from the Chinese government.

The final determination, published in the Federal Register on Monday, sets combined anti-dumping and countervailing rates between 57 and 245 percent, according to the domestic industry petitioners.
