US Trustee Takes Issue With Asyst IP Hires

Law360, New York (July 28, 2009, 2:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the bankruptcy of semiconductor technology provider Asyst Technologies Inc. has objected to the hiring of 20 law firms to handle foreign intellectual property matters purportedly in the ordinary course of business.
