Insurers' $19M D&O Suit Against Printer Co. Tossed

Law360, New York (July 29, 2009, 2:35 PM EDT) -- Electronics for Imaging Inc. has won the dismissal of a suit filed by Zurich American Insurance Co. and Old Republic Insurance Co. claiming that, under the company's excess directors and officers liability policies, they were not obligated to cover a $19 million settlement in a shareholder derivative class action.
