Real Estate Rumors: CapitaLand, Min Kao, Grover Corlew

By Andrew McIntyre (March 18, 2019, 6:15 PM EDT) -- CapitaLand Commercial Trust is in talks to buy a Singapore office and retail property in a deal that could be worth more than S$1.5 billion ($1.1 billion) Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The Singapore landlord is eyeing 39-story Duo Tower as well as Duo Galleria mall, which is connected to the tower, Bloomberg said. The property is owned by Malaysian sovereign wealth fund Khazanah Nasional Berhad as well as Temasek Holdings Pte. Ltd., the latter of which is a Singapore state investment firm, Bloomberg said....
