Woodward Buries Hatchet In Discrimination Suits For $5M

Law360, New York (October 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a bid to lay to rest long-running employment discrimination claims, Woodward Governor Co. has agreed to shell out $5 million to settle two class actions alleging the aerospace manufacturer discriminated against minority and female employees.
