Monitoring Class Again Denied In DuPont Toxic Tort

Law360, New York (July 31, 2009, 3:22 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has again refused to certify a class for medical monitoring claims in two suits filed against DuPont Co. over the release of a potentially hazardous toxin into New Jersey residents' water supply, but has given the plaintiffs a second chance to seek class certification for their remaining claims.
