StarTrib Disclosure Statement Wins Court Approval

Law360, New York (August 03, 2009, 5:58 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge has given the green light to the disclosure statement accompanying Star Tribune Holdings Corp.'s Chapter 11 reorganization plan and set a date for a hearing on the plan's confirmation.

Judge Robert D. Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Thursday granted the bankrupt media company's motion to approve the 119-page disclosure statement, and scheduled a hearing for Sept. 17.
