Former DOJ Antitrust Atty Joins Ropes & Gray

Popofsky, who worked in the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division under President Bill Clinton, has left Kaye Scholer LLP and joined Ropes & Gray LLP, where he says he'll help clients steer clear of antitrust land mines in an era of heightened DOJ scrutiny.

Ropes & Gray on Monday announced the arrival of Popofsky as a partner in its Washington office, where he'll be a member of the litigation department and serve as co-head of the antitrust practice group.
