Covington Seeks Sanctions In Revived Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (August 3, 2009, 1:30 PM EDT) -- Covington & Burling LLP has moved for sanctions in a recently reinstated case accusing the firm of race discrimination against a black attorney who once worked there, arguing that the former employee and her attorney have failed to comply with court rules and deadlines.
