So, with the deadline approaching after 38 years at the firm, antitrust litigator A. Paul Victor decided to take a job as a partner in the litigation department at Dewey Ballantine LLP.

“The firm decided against any special exceptions to its policy, and I wasn’t ready to hang up my spikes,” Victor said. “I still have energy, interest and excitement about practicing law.”
