DOC Told To Reconsider Duties On Chinese Tires

Law360, New York (August 5, 2009, 2:12 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has remanded an anti-dumping dispute over off-the-road tires to the U.S. Department of Commerce, based on claims from domestic manufacturers, including Bridgestone Americas Inc., that the agency didn't have enough evidence to cut duties on one Chinese exporter.
