Law360, New York (August 05, 2009, 4:30 PM ET) -- New Jersey's attorney general has issued a subpoena to Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. subsidiary seeking information regarding the financial interests of clinical investigators who performed studies for the unit and DePuy Spine Inc.
The request by New Jersey Attorney General Anne Milgram was sent in May, the pharmaceutical giant revealed in a filing Tuesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, without disclosing any further details.
This is not the first time DePuy has had a run-in with the authorities.
