AIG, PwC Seek Dismissal In AIG Securities Litigation

Law360, New York (August 5, 2009, 10:31 PM EDT) -- The plaintiffs in putative class action securities litigation against American International Group Inc. are trying to spin a tale of fraud while ignoring the greatest downturn since the Great Depression, according to AIG, which along with several other defendants, including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, is asking the court to throw out the plaintiffs' consolidated complaint.
