Judge Seeks Info On Licensing Dispute in BMW Suit

Law360, New York (August 7, 2009, 3:31 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has initially rejected BMW of North America LLC’s summary judgment bid that claimed it received the plastic molding parts targeted in Melea Ltd. and other firms’ patent infringement suit from third-party suppliers that had licenses from the plaintiffs to sell those parts.
