Mattel Wants More Deposition Time With MGA Execs

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 7:11 PM EDT) -- Barbie manufacturer Mattel Inc. is seeking to compel further deposition of two executives at MGA Entertainment Inc. who allegedly stole trade secrets and perpetrated other wrongdoings.

Mattel said Friday in a filing with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California that it had not had enough face time with Ronald Brawer, a former Mattel executive who left to work for MGA as its vice president of sales and marketing.
