MassMutual Sues Insurers For Madoff Defense Costs

Law360, New York (August 10, 2009, 6:25 PM EDT) -- MassMutual Financial Group, the parent company of Bernard L. Madoff feeder fund Tremont Group Holdings, has sued a group of insurance companies in a bid to get the insurers to pay defense costs in litigation stemming from Madoff's massive fraud.
