Cordis Stent Patents Found Enforceable On Remand

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 8:02 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled on remand that two of Cordis Corp.'s patents related to medical stents are in fact enforceable, reversing an earlier ruling in a long-running infringement dispute brought by Cordis against rival Boston Scientific Corp.

Judge Sue L.
