Kraft Mgr. Gets 27 Months, $2M Fine For Tomato Scam

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 5:07 PM EDT) -- A former Kraft Foods Inc. senior purchasing manager was sentenced Tuesday to 27 months in prison and $1.858 million in fines for his role in an alleged bribery scheme involving California tomato processor SK Foods Ltd.
