Va. Dominion Plant's Environmental Permit Dumped

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 4:59 PM EDT) -- A Virginia judge has handed the Sierra Club and other environmental groups their first victory in their challenges to a $1.62 billion Dominion coal-fired power plant, ruling that one of the permits issued by a state environmental board ran afoul of federal law by setting a flexible mercury emissions limit.
