Ex-Maxim Integrated Worker's Options Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 6:02 PM ET) -- A federal judge has thrown out a former Maxim Integrated Products Inc. employee's fraud, wages and breach of contract lawsuit that claims a review of the California electronics maker's options backdating practices forced him to delay the exercise of his options until after a share price drop rendered them worthless.
