WTO Asks China To Relax Entertainment Import Rules

Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 6:54 PM EDT) -- A World Trade Organization panel on Wednesday called on China to ease import bans on copyright-intensive entertainment products, which U.S. trade and industry officials declared a major victory in the effort to open China's media markets to American books, music and movies.
