Court Limits Claims In JPMorgan ERISA Class Action

Law360, New York (August 13, 2009, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted the lead plaintiff in a proposed class action over JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s retirement plan leave to file a second amended complaint but has limited him to making allegations stemming from the company's obligation to warn plan participants about changes to accrual rates following its conversion to a cash balance plan.
