Avery Hits Up Insurer For $5M Antitrust Legal Fees

Law360, New York (August 13, 2009, 3:31 PM EDT) -- Avery Dennison Corp. has filed a motion for partial summary judgment in a spat with its insurer over fallout from antitrust cases over label stock, saying that an objective test ought to determine how much of nearly $5 million in legal bills is eligible for coverage.
