Presstek Opposes Review Bid In ITC Patent Battle

Law360, New York (August 13, 2009, 4:55 PM ET) -- In a patent dispute over printing press technology under way at the U.S. International Trade Commission, Presstek Inc. has challenged a bid by a group of importers to get the initial determinations in Presstek's favor reviewed.

In a brief filed with the ITC Tuesday, Presstek seeks to rebut arguments made by VIM Technologies Ltd. and several distributors that the factual and legal conclusions made in the initial determination by the administrative law judge were in error.
