Wal-Mart Hit With Title VII Suit

Law360, New York (October 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former employee of a Wal-Mart store in Indiana has filed a federal discrimination suit claiming that she was subjected to a hostile work environment because of her race, and was fired after complaining to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
