China Plans To Appeal WTO Media Import Ruling

Law360, New York (August 17, 2009, 12:20 PM EDT) -- China is planning to appeal a recent World Trade Organization ruling ordering the country to relax its import restrictions on film and other copyright-intensive media products coming from the U.S., a Commerce Ministry spokesman told reporters Monday.
